Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the winmy platform — whether through this website or our mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with all related policies referenced herein.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. These terms apply to all users accessing the platform from within Malaysia or abroad, as long as they are using the winmy platform.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration and eligibility
To access winmy's full range of services, you are required to register a valid personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, email address, and a reachable phone number. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the winmy platform.
Account security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activity that occurs under your account. winmy recommends using a unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
One account per user
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. winmy reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time to ensure compliance with this policy.
Payment and Transaction Information
Currency and payment methods
All transactions on the winmy platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include local internet banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and other Malaysia-based payment methods listed in the platform's deposit section. winmy does not accept foreign currencies directly and is not responsible for any conversion fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are typically credited to your account within 15 minutes of a successful transaction. Withdrawals are subject to standard security checks and processing times that vary depending on the chosen method. winmy reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in line with our security and fraud prevention procedures.
Unauthorised transactions
Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, use unauthorised payment details, or manipulate the winmy platform's payment system will result in immediate action, including account suspension and balance freezing. winmy reserves the right to report any fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.
Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Prohibited use
Users are prohibited from using the winmy platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: money laundering, fraud, invasion of others' privacy, transmission of harmful or threatening content, and any activity that may compromise the integrity of the system or the safety of other users. The use of any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual property
All content on the winmy platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, games, and software — is the exclusive property of winmy or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without explicit written permission from winmy.
Limitation of liability
Winmy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or financial losses from gameplay. You acknowledge that use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
Third-party links
The winmy platform may contain links or references to third-party services. winmy is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You are advised to review the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third party before using their services.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Winmy's right to suspend accounts
Winmy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of any terms in this document, suspicious activity that threatens the security of the platform or other users, or at the request of the relevant authorities. During a suspension period, the user will be unable to access their account or any available balance.
Closure at user's request
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the winmy support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard procedures set out, subject to the settlement of all outstanding obligations.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through negotiation before any legal action is pursued.
